Delivery Policy
PRODUCT DELIVERY DEADLINES AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
We undertake to deliver all products within 72 hours although we will so our utmost to arrange delivery as soon as possible. We will arrange same day delivery within where possible providing the cost of that delivery is at the cost of the person requesting the Delivery. We will upon request advise the customer ( where possible ) the cost , and seek their permission prior to organising.
International Deliveries will be quoted to the customer by email to advise cost and urgency of delivery at the time of the order.

We deliver to all Australian Destinations, and International destinations upon request.

IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT HOME:
The delivery company will leave a calling card and indicate where pick up for the customer delivery will be available. The timing for re-delivery will also be affected with some orders not able to be redelivered until the customer is available to pick up the delivery.

Depending on the type of delivery most delivery would not occur on weekends. Usually Monday to Friday,

Return Merchandise and Refund Policy

Returns
Whitelight Promotions will accept the return of any of the following merchandise. Books in their original condition, unopened CD’s, DVD’s & tapes or any other merchandise in original condition with original packaging and accessories within 7 days of receipt. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item) 

Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases you will receive a refund without delay. Usually it will take 5 to 10 business days to process your return once received, plus the time it takes our bank to process the refund request. Whitelight Promotions will notify you of your refund by e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refund Administration levy
Please note all refunds will attract a $7.00 refund administration levy.

Purchases or Gifts Returned by the recipient
In this case Whitelight Promotions will need the order number to complete the returns process. This can be found on the packing slip.
Whitelight Promotions understands that the product may have been a gift and that you do not have the packing slip or order number however you are certain it was purchased from us. You can still return the gift. Our friendly team will ask a few questions to verify the order and do the utmost to locate the original order within our system. No need for panic… we promise the person who gave the gift will not find out about the return; certainly not from us.
Should we find a gift to be undeliverable, we will contact you to check that the details of the recipient are correct. Should the gift remain undeliverable we will refund you, the purchaser. Should a package be returned to us undelivered, we will refund you, the purchaser.

Exchanges & Replacements
We are proud of our products and services and believe them to be of the highest quality. We strive to maintain a high level in this area at all times, however should you receive a faulty item and need a replacement please email us immediately and the item will be cheerfully replaced at no cost to you, our valuable customer. Please note it may take us 3 to 5 business days to process the return once it arrives at Whitelight Promotions’ premises. 

Gift Vouchers
Simply contact us to arrange a Gift Voucher. The vouchers are valid for 12 months and may be used to purchase Products or Services.
