Testimonial for Robert Henderson

To Whom It May Concern:

It my pleasure to offer this testimonial for Robert Henderson. Robert has facilitated a number of sessions over the course of 2008 with our students in the Bachelor of Commerce (Professional) program. These included sessions on assertion training, decision making, creating and maintaining a framework of practice and constructive feedback. In all cases formal student evaluations were sought and in all cases Robert's sessions rated highly (four plus out of five). In addition, qualitative student feedback, both formal and informal, has been very positive with comments such as:

This is of course very positive feedback from students and is a key factor behind our planned continued involvement with Robert.
